We are always accepting applications for young, mature, responsible, and team oriented people who would like to volunteer to help us provide emergency fire suppression and prevention to our community.
Being a volunteer:
16 years or older
Must pass a national, state, local, and criminal background check
Must have a valid NYS driver’s license (Jr. Members are exempt)
You must live in the fire district
What is expected of me:
Attend weekly truck nights
Attend monthly meetings, drills and training when scheduled
Respond to 15% of alarms
Professional appearance and attitude are a must
